As an experienced partner, we carry out complex, interdisciplinary validation projects for you on a testing area, of 7300 m². These include, among other things:
The testing department is accredited according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005.
Our testing laboratory primarily serves as a service provider for the automotive industry. Its competence is proven by the flexible accreditation of the following procedures according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005:
• Measuring of electrical values
• Environment simulation tests
• Test for chemical resistance
• Climate tests and sunlight simulation
• Actuation and loading tests
• Photogrammetric investigations on deformation analysis
• Servo-hydraulic, electro-dynamic and pneumatic test bench tests
• Acoustic measuring
Our laboratory also performs standardised tests in the scope of these procedures. If necessary, modifications, extensions or new developments of testing procedures are performed and validated by our testing laboratory. This is achieved by the high qualification of our employees and the versatile usability of our laboratory equipment.
The development and validation of these test procedures is always performed in close cooperation with the customers.
